Purpose

This page states the money and property principles that would need to remain visible if people ever gathered around NUC.

The goal is simple: no hidden financial obligation, no surprise property claim, no pay-to-leave structure, and no spiritual pressure around money.

Membership

The site does not create legal membership.

NUC should not require payment as a condition of religious belonging.

NUC should not require a person to surrender ordinary personal property as a condition of religious belonging.

NUC should not require a person to buy products, services, classes, ranks, secrets, or access to deeper doctrine as a condition of spiritual standing.

Donations

This site does not create a donation program.

If NUC ever accepts donations through an actual organization, donations should be voluntary and should use ordinary clear terms.

Donations should not purchase salvation, special spiritual status, guaranteed outcomes, governance control, immunity from rules, or access to hidden doctrine.

People should be able to ask where donated money goes.

Business and Power-Oriented Work

NUC's Power-side imagination may include business activity through NU Corp or successor entities.

That is not current legal infrastructure on this site.

If NUC-related business activity ever exists, it should be treated as business activity, not disguised as spiritual obligation.

People who work for, contract with, invest in, license work to, or receive compensation from a NUC-related business should have the relevant terms in ordinary written agreements, reviewed through ordinary legal and professional channels.

Creative Work and Intellectual Property

Creative work, software, writing, art, trademarks, inventions, data, and other intellectual property should not be casually absorbed by NUC just because a person participates in the idea.

Any transfer, license, assignment, revenue share, open-source release, or work-made-for-hire arrangement would need clear written terms.

Those terms should be handled through ordinary legal and professional channels, not spiritual pressure.

Leaving

Leaving NUC should not require payment.

Leaving NUC should not require surrendering ordinary personal property.

Leaving NUC should not convert ordinary criticism, loss of belief, or refusal to continue volunteering into a debt.

Some ordinary legal obligations may survive exit if a person separately agreed to them, such as a contract, employment agreement, business agreement, license, confidentiality obligation, or court order. Those should be handled through ordinary legal channels, not religious pressure.

Read How to Leave for the broader exit-rights standard.

Floor

Money and property must be explicit, voluntary, reviewable, and separated from spiritual pressure.

If NUC ever becomes an institution, its legal structure, money practices, property rules, member rights, safety procedures, and public obligations would need to be built separately and reviewed seriously before anyone relied on them.
